Program Concept

Maker's & A Movie night is an opportunity to elevate the tradtional watch party for our trade family.

Maker's Mark has provided a toolkit of elements for accounts with screens and spaces to watch anything from cult classic movies to pop culture phenom TV shows and beyond. This private, RSVP Only Trade Event, hosted at an account, will be even more special when guests enjoy cocktails designed to go with the plot and enjoy premium versions of movie night snacks.

Event Format

~30 Guests
-Trade, 21+, RSVP only
-Account with either outdoor space, a large indoor private room (like a concert venue), or an account with lots of screens
-Start the event with a brand education to amp up their knowledge of Maker's Mark
FOCUS EXPRESSIONS
Focus on Maker's Mark, include Maker's 46, MMPS, or other variants where possible
1. GUEST WELCOME

Upon arrival, welcome trade guests with a signature cocktail showcasing Maker's Mark from our drink strategy - see suggested cocktails. Recommend this cocktail becomes a permanent feature on the drink menu.

2. IT'S SHOWTIME!

The main event is easy to execute - making sure trade guests have a comfortable viewing space and good acoustics to hear the show. Our tool kit (part of POS buy) has the basic items:

Movie Screen, projector, cocktail glassware and popcorn boxes. See POS tab below.

**Be sure to check with your local Industry Law team to ensure compliance with all State and Federal laws**

3. CURATE THE EXPERIENCE
Make the event more memorable with features curated for the experience...

Snacks which match the show theme or location, e.g., elevated dips, cheeses, exotic fruits or foods

Playful decor or wearables to match the show theme, e.g., hats, eye glasses, shirts, themed-posters, flags, colored streamers - also perfect for selfies and social media posting.

A signature cocktail to match the show theme, e.g., adapt one of our drink strategy cocktails with a special garnish or decoration appropriate to the movie theme or location.

Ensure any content shown falls into the CSR/Marketing Code-friendly zone (e.g. primary appeal to adult audience, reasonably in good taste, etc.)
