Program Concept

An intimate trade and consumer dinner series highlighting everything from the revolutionary flavor to the sustainable practices behind our whisky – and the accounts that live this mission
By partnering with accounts that locally source ingredients and are rethinking the category for the better, Star Hill Supper Club is an invitation to celebrate our shared passions, the pursuit of flavor and that nearly all our ingredients are sourced within 70 miles of our distillery. Help your guests understand the intersections of flavor and connect to Star Hill Farm, even when they’re thousands of miles away from Loretto.
Host Venue:
- Have a private event space
- Source local ingredients
- Practice sustainability
- Have a chef-driven reputation
- Are high end casual, or fine dining
Featured Expressions:
- Classic
- Maker's 46
- Cask Strength
- If leveraging Private Selection or the Wood Finishing Series, please work with your local diplomat

How Does It Work?

Be Creative! Partner with a local Chef and showcase Maker's Mark from these different but complementary perspectives:
Host Venue
Select a venue whose sustainability values align with the values of Maker’s and work with a local purveyor or farm to ensure all ingredients for the dinner are sourced locally. Consider accounts with a chef-driven reputation, or an outdoor space to draw parallels to Star Hill Farm.
Perfect Pairings
Create a sensory experience of flavor through special Maker’s Mark pairings. Consider honey-inspired serves, showcasing the diversity of flavor and terroir of local ingredients and native artisanal honey.
Inspirational Speakers
Give the chefs and local farmers the floor to share the importance of sourcing local ingredients and how that impacts their sustainability practices as well as enhances the flavors of their ingredients. As the dinner proceeds, focus on the parallels between local practices and our mission at Star Hill Farm, including our B Corp and regenerative farming initiatives.
