When they’re ready, Team members try‘ the Challenge’ - a set of about 25 questions focused on facts useful to customer service
The 'Reward'
We provide a Certificate; you provide, for example, high scorer names on a ‘company achievement wall’, a mention at a staff meeting, a lapel pin or post shift drink - you know what your staff will enjoy
Each Challenge is designed to be completed in about 35 minutes
